At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to amend the prayer clause. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

By this application, the applicant seeks setting aside of the conditional order dated 15th July 2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I), which is at Exhibit `C' to the petition and restoration of the aforesaid writ petition back to its original file. The applicant also seeks condonation of delay of 1 day caused in filing the aforesaid application.

It appears that the Registrar (Judicial-I) vide order dated 15th July 2025 passed a conditional order, pursuant to which, the aforesaid writ petition was dismissed for non-removal of office objections.

For the reasons set out in the application, application is allowed. Delay of 1 day caused in filing the application is also condoned. Even otherwise, the aforesaid writ petition is at the admission stage. Hence, we set-aside the order of the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) passed in the aforesaid writ petition and restore the writ petition back to its original file. 2/3
