This is an application for deleting the name of Petitioner No.3 (Mr. Purshottam N. Bathija @ Lalu Nandlal Bathija). 3.

It is stated in the application that Petitioner No.3 has expired leaving behind the Petitioner Nos. 1, 2 and 4 as his only legal heirs. It is further stated that Petitioner No.3 was unmarried and had no children who died intestate.

In view of averments in the applications and since the stated legal heirs are already on record, the application is allowed. The Petitioners are permitted to delete the name of Petitioner No.3 from the array of parties. Amendment to be carried out within 1 week from today. 5.
