We have heard learned counsel for the parties on the backdrop of the earlier orders. We have also perused the reply affidavit as also the Intervention Application filed by Vilayati Ram Mittal & Khandwala (SRA) CHS Ltd.

After the proceedings are heard for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate proceedings.
