I have perused the Interim Application. In my view, sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of the Interim Application. 3.

In these circumstances, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) thereof which reads as under: "(a) this Hon'ble High Court be pleased to recall the Order dated 17.09.2025 and restore the aforesaid First Appeal as well as Interim Application in its original position."
