The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.12.16 09:59:20 +0530 Applicant/Petitioner would remove the office objections within a period of two weeks.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and for the reasons assigned in the Application and also to advance the cause of substantive justice, 1/2
8-IA-12182-2025.DOC the delay in filing Application for restoration of the Petition which was dismissed for non-removal of the office objections stands condoned, and the order dated 5th May 2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) dismissing the Petition for non-removal of office objections stands set aside and Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 10390 of 2025 restored to file, subject to the Petitioner removing office objections within a period of two weeks from today.

In the event, the office objections are removed, list the Petition as a 'fresh matter'.

In case the office objections are not removed within the said period, this order shall stand recalled and Writ Petition (St) No. 10390 of 2025, stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 7.
