The matter is taken on board by way of praecipe moved on behalf of the Appellants/original Plaintiffs. Heard learned Advocate for the Respondents.

The Court of City Civil vide the common judgment dated 8th August 2025 has dismissed the suit filed by the Appellants and decreed the suit filed by the Plaintiffs. The Plaintiff Nos.1(a) to 1(c) i.e. the present Appellants are directed to vacate the possession of the suit property within two months of the decree.

Along with the praecipe, copy of decree is annexed. The date mentioned is 8th August 2025 i.e. the date of the judgment. But at the bottom of the decree on Page No.7, the date mentioned is 3rd October 2025. Instead of going through the controversy from which date the period of two months is to be computed, learned Senior Advocate Ms.Karnik submitted that till the next date, they will not execute the decree.

The Appellant is permitted to file compilation of documents. Even the compilation of documents by way of private paper-book. The Respondent is at liberty to file Affidavit-in-Reply. 2/3
