Heard learned counsel for the parties.

A request is made by learned Counsel for the Applicant on a praecipe akn

3.FA.1930.2025.doc for extension of time to file undertaking and to make first deposit for month of January 2026, in terms of order dated 19/12/2025 (said order). 3.

Mr. Karande, learned counsel for Applicant submitted that the Applicant is currently outside India, at Dubai, and her return ticket is not yet confirmed and therefore it may not be possible to file the undertaking and make first deposit of month of January 2026, before the stipulated time. 4.

The request is reasonable.

The Applicant is accordingly permitted to file an undertaking in terms of paragraph 27 and make first deposit of month of January 2026 in terms of paragraph 24(i) of the said order, on or before 27/01/2026. 6.

It is further pointed out that necessary order for investment of deposit is inadvertently not included in the said order. Accordingly, it is ordered that the deposit of monthly compensation under the said order shall be invested by the Registry in accordance with prevalent practice. 7.

This order shall be read in continuation of the said order dated 19/12/2025.

Praecipe is disposed of in above terms.
