By this Interim Application, the Applicants / Appellants have sought permission to implead proposed Appellants 1(a) to 1(b) in place and stead of original Appellant No.1 who expired on 30th June, 2025.

There is no opposition to the relief sought for in the present Interim Application.

The Interim Application has also been filed within the prescribed time as per Limitation Act.

In view thereof, the Applicants / Appellants are permitted to implead Appellant 1- (a) to 1-(b) in place and stead of Appellant No.1 in terms of the schedule of amendment at Annexure - I to the Interim Application and which amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week from today.

Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. 6.

The Interim Application No.1913 of 2021 in First Appeal No. 741 of 2014 shall be placed for consideration on 14th November, 2025.
