This interim application is taken out for prayer that the first appeal be heard finally since the appellant as per paragraph 3, he suffering from severe health issues including heart-attack. 2.

The respondent no.5 is present-in-person and he states that he also has an heart-attack, but medical reasons cannot be a ground for early hearing.

I have considered the said submissions made and same is rejected. List this appeal for hearing on 1 December 2025. 4.

The Interim Application is disposed of.
