By this interim application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 23rd September 2025, passed by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition, and prays for restoration of Writ Petition No.1758 of 2025, which came to be dismissed for want of prosecution, as none N. S. Chitnis 1/2

For the reasons mentioned in the aforesaid application, the application is allowed. The order dated 23rd September 2025, is recalled and Writ Petition No.1758 of 2025, is restored back to its original file.
