Heard learned advocate for the Applicant. He undertakes to serve a copy of the application upon advocate appearing today for the Respondent.

This is an application by tenant seeking condonation of delay of 11 days for depositing rent amount in the Court. Advocate appearing for Respondent/Landlord seeks adjournment on the ground that new advocate is going to file vakalatnama and appear in the matter. 3.

It is pointed out to the Court that the rent is paid by Applicant till August end 2025 and last receipt dated 13.02.2025 is produced on record. Considering the nature of dispute, extent of nominal delay and considering that the payment of rent is made till August end 2025, delay needs to be condoned.

The application is accordingly allowed. The delay of 11 days in depositing rent is condoned. The Applicant is permitted to deposit Sneha Chavan 1/2
