The Applicant has filed this Interim Application seeking permission to amend/correct the surname of Respondent No.8.

I have perused the application and record.

It appears that due to typographical mistake, the surname of Respondent No.8 is typed as Rane instead of Raje. The proposed amendment is the consequence of typographical mistake. Therefore, it deserves to be allowed. Hence, the order :-

1. Interim Application No.12289 of 2025 is allowed.

2. The Applicant is permitted to correct the surname of Respondent No.8 as Rane instead of Raje.

3. The learned Advocate for the Applicant shall carry out amendment within 02 (two) weeks and file amended copy of Petition and Interim Application.

After carrying out amendment, Notice be issued to Respondent No.8, as per corrected surname.
