Heard Mr. Pawar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants and Mr. Singh, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents. 2.

By the present Interim Application, the Applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 277 days in filing the Civil Revision Application. 3.

It is the submission of Ms. Pawar, learned Counsel for the Applicants, that earlier a Second Appeal was filed challenging the impugned Judgment and Decree and after withdrawing the said Second Appeal, the present Civil Revision Application is filed and therefore there is some delay. She further submits that there was also some delay in filing the Second Appeal. However, she submits that, in the interest of justice, the Interim Application be allowed.

Mr. Singh, learned Counsel for the Respondents, strongly opposes granting relief.

However, for the reasons set out the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 6.

List the Civil Revision Application for admission on 18th November 2025.
