5) I have heard Mr.Patil, Additional Government Pleader for the State and I have gone through the contents of both the interim applications. I am satisfied that case is made out to allow these two interim applications.

6) Interim Application No. 12305 of 2025 is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) to (e).

7) Interim Application No. 12306 of 2025 is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) to (e).
