The relief sought in this Interim Application is restoration of the Writ Petition (Stamp) No.11747 of 2025 which has been dismissed for the non-prosecution by the Order dated 7th May 2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) for non-removal of office objections.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed.

Resultantly, the Order dated 7th May 2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) is quashed and set aside and the Writ Petition is restored to the file of this Court on the condition that the Applicant removes office objections within a period of 8 weeks from today. 5.
Accordingly, the Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
