The learned counsel appearing on behalf of Applicants submits that the proposed Respondent Nos. 2 to 10 which are mentioned in the Schedule at page 16 of the Interim Application No. 12331 of 2025 could not be served by postal service as they had left the address. 2.

In these circumstances, the Applicant is permitted to serve the proposed Respondents by substituted service through newspapers, 'Free Press Journal' (English) and 'Naushakti' in (Marathi). 3.

Stand over to 13th November, 2025.
