This is injury claim. The Tribunal has awarded the compensation of Rs. 8,30,616/- to be paid by the insurer and insured. The appeal filed by the Insurance Company. The submission is amount is deposited.

This Interim Application is filed by the Claimant seeking permission for withdrawal of the said amount. The claimant is permitted to withdraw 50 % of the deposited amount alongwith accrued interest on usual undertaking. Accordingly, Interim Application is disposed of.
