This matter was taken out of turn, since Mr. Bhasin party to the proceedings has to attend his mother who is 84 years old. Mr. Bhasin states that he has no objection if the original share certificate is handed over to the applicant. The said share certificate is required for certain applications to be made to the society for correction/ deletion in the share certificate.

I have heard both the learned counsel and Mr.Bhasin, who appears in person. Since there is no objection in handing over the original share certificate, the office is directed to hand over the original share certificate within four weeks from today to the applicant/appellant. Applicant/appellant to

The Society, though not a party is requested to expedite the application and make necessary changes on the share certificate so that original share certificate can be returned to the Court. Applicant/Appellant is directed to return the share certificate within two weeks from the date the society hands over the same to the applicant.

Meanwhile, the parties are requested to explore that the dispute involved in the present proceedings are resolved amicably so that all the proceedings can come to an end without any adjudication.

Liberty to the parties to mention after the above directions are complied.

In view of above, Interim Application No. 12362 of 2025 is disposed of.
