By this interim application, the applicant - wife seeks grant/transfer of interim custody of her two minor children i.e. daughter, aged 16 years and the son, aged 14 years, from the respondent - husband, during Diwali.

During the course of the submissions, both the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties agree to the following arrangement :

(a) That the respondent No.1 shall permit the daughter and the son to visit the applicant on 25th and 26th October, 2025 from 11.00 a.m., till post dinner.

(b) That the applicant, post dinner, on both the dates, to drop the children to the respondent No.1's house. 3.

The respondent No.1, who is present in Court, as well as the applicant have no objection to the aforesaid arrangement and hence, the order is passed with the consent of the parties. 4.

Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of on the aforesaid terms.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
