Heard learned counsel for the parties. This is an application for bringing legal heirs of the deceased sole Respondent Mr. Chandrakant M. Shah, who has expired on 31.07.2025. The copy of the death certificate is produced on record. Considering the date of filing of the application, the same is in time.

Considering averments made in the application, the application is allowed. The Appellant is permitted to bring proposed Respondent Nos.1A to 1D on record as legal heirs of sole Respondent. 3.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Amended copy be served on other side.
