A praecipe dated 01.12.2025 is moved on behalf of the Applicant for speaking to minutes of Order dated 21.11.2025 seeking certain clarifications.

Learned counsel for org. Appellants has opposed the praecipe contending that the clarifications sought are beyond the scope of speaking to the minutes of the order. He submits that from bare perusal of the praecipe, it can be seen that the Applicant virtually wants the Court to pass an order in the words in which the Applicant wants.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, following corrections are directed to be made in the said order : (a) In paragraph no.3/2 eighth line, the word 'anount' be replaced with word 'amount'.

(b) In paragraph no.3/7 second line, the words 'certain interest on SD amount' be replaced with words 'SD amount along with certain interest'.

(c) In paragraph no.3/9 fifth line, the word 'interest' be replaced with words 'SD amount with interest'.

(d) In paragraph no.3/10, in 3rd-last line, the words 'Section 4' be replaced with 'Section 3(a)'.

(e) In paragraph no.12 last-line, before the words 'in accordance with law' insert words- 'by filing additional affidavit to CA No.2330 of 2018, if necessary'.

It is clarified that except for above corrections, rest of the prayers as well as clarifications suggested by the Applicant in the praecipe are rejected. Rest of the order remains as it is. 7.

The said order be corrected and uploaded. Praecipe is disposed of.
