As a last chance, the above Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) reproduced above. We make it clear that if no reply is filed by the next date, we will not grant any further extension in the matter. 3.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 4.

We place the above Writ Petition on board for directions on 13.11.2025. The ad-interim order shall continue till the next date. 5.
