Heard learned counsel for the parties. This is an application for permission to delete revision-Applicant No.1 (Sakina Nooruddin Shaikh) who has expired on 10.05.2025. The copy of the death certificate is produced on record.

It is stated in the paragraph No.2 of the application that the revisionApplicant No.1 has expired leaving behind Applicant Nos.2 to 6 as only legal heirs.

Since the legal heirs are already on record, the application is allowed. The Applicants are permitted to delete the name of revisionApplicant No.1 from the cause title. Amendment to be carried out within 2 weeks. Amended copy be served upon the other side. Application is disposed of in above terms.
