The captioned Interim Application is field by the Applicant in the Civil Revision Application ("CRA") to bring the legal heirs and representatives of Applicant No.5 i.e. Mr. Austin A. Jacinto on record as the said Applicant has expired on 29 April 2024. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that there is some inadvertent delay in filing this Application. The reasons for such delay are set out in paragraph 5 of the said Application.

Having heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and perused the Application, a sufficient cause for the delay has been demonstrated and appropriately explained. It appears that the delay

24-CRA-446-2016.DOCX is not intentional and/or deliberate. In the interest of justice, the delay in preferring this Interim Application is therefore condoned. 3.

The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (c). Let the necessary amendments be carried out within a period not later than one week from today and a copy of the amended pleadings be furnished to the newly added Respondents.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the above terms. 5.

List the CRA for Admission/further consideration on 23 January 2026.
