Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant and learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1/Defendant No.2. This is an application for bringing legal heirs of Revision-Applicant on record. 2.

Death certificate of Revision-Applicant produced on record shows that he expired during the pendency of the matter on 16.07.2023. There is delay of 2 years and 259 days in filing the application, according to office note.

The Applicant/proposed legal heir has stated in the application on oath that revision application was filed by his father himself and the present applicant was not even aware of the details of the Advocate engaged. It is submitted that when the matter was listed for hearing in September 2025, the present Applicant was contacted through another local Advocate, who was intimated about the hearing. In essence lack of knowledge about the Advocate's details is pleaded. Sneha Chavan

No reply is filed opposing the application.

Considering the averments in the application and the nature of controversy, sufficient cause is made out. Application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The Applicant is permitted to be brought on record as legal heir of sole Revision-Applicant. Amendment to be carried out within a period of 3 weeks from today and amended copy be served upon Advocate for the Respondent No.1.
