The learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 places on record copy of order dated 5 July 2025 by which the Suit is disposed of in terms of compromise pursis. Since the Suit itself is disposed of nothing survives in both the Civil Revision Applications. Both the Civil Revision Applications are accordingly disposed of as infructuous. 2.
In view of disposal of the Civil Revision Applications, nothing would survive in the Interim Applications and the same are also disposed of accordingly.
