As indicated in our order dated 16/01/2026, when an offer came from the Brigadier, we left it open for the appellant wife to either accept or reject the same, and she has rejected the said offer. 2.

It is insistence of Mr. Deshmukh that the wife is not availing any amount of maintenance pursuant to the retirement of the husband.

Ms. Dabholkar expressed her willingness for hearing of the appeal finally subject to the private paper book being prepared. We Ashish

For some reason, if the appeal could not be heard, we will consider the Interim Application.
