This application is taken out by the original appellant no.2 and 3 for deleting name of appellant no.1-Miss Geetanjali Karekar since she has passed away on 27 June 2025.

Though there is no appearance on behalf of respondent nos.3 to 5, looking at the nature of the order to be passed, same is dispensed with. 3.

I have perused the civil application and being satisfied with the same, the prayer for deletion on account of death of appellant no.1 is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within 8 weeks from today in all the copies of civil applications and the appeal.
