In this application for condonation of delay, notice was issued by this Court on 7th November 2025, in response to which the counsel for the respondent has caused his appearance. There is a delay of 7 days in filing the aforesaid Family Court Appeal. The cause of delay has been explained in paragraph 4 of the application. We are satisfied with the explanation given by the applicant which is bonafide and unintentional.

In view of the same, the delay of 7 days caused in filing the aforesaid Family Court Appeal is condoned.

Interim Application is allowed and is accordingly disposed of.

In view of the condonation of the delay, the Family Court Appeal shall be registered. Admit. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent waive notice on behalf of the respondent in Family Court Appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant shall furnish a copy of the Family Court Appeal as well as the Application on the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

Registry to call for R&P. Learned counsel for the appellant shall prepare a private paper-book in the aforesaid appeal within a period of 12 weeks from today.
