This application is for bringing on record the names of heirs and legal representatives of deceased petitioner no.1. There is delay in filing the application. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the names of the heirs are mentioned in paragraph 3 of the application. The reasons for delay and steps taken to file application are also explained in the application.

Learned counsel for the respondents opposes the application on ground that vague reasons are given in the 3.
I have perused the application. I do not see any reason to disbelieve the grounds raised for condonation of delay. The reason for delay regarding bonafide impression about 4/10
the procedure for filing the application is explained in the 4.
Considering the reasons in the application sufficient grounds are made out for condonation of delay. The delay is condoned and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), (b) and (c). Amendment shall be carried out within three weeks.

He submits that the reasons are mentioned in paragraph 3 of the application.
