By this interim application, the applicant seeks leave to amend the aforesaid writ petition in terms of the schedule annexed to the application.

For the reasons set out in the application, application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to carry out amendment in terms of the schedule annexed to the application alongwith other consequential amendments. The said amendment to be carried out forthwith, during the course of the day.

Amended copy of the petition to be served on the other-side during the course of this week.
