This Interim Application seeks restoration of the First Appeal No. 1445 of 2003, that came to be dismissed for want of prosecution on 16th July 2025.

It is observed from the application that the First Appeal came to be dismissed for default as the Advocate had gone out of station and that he had filed leave note for the period from 15th July 2025 to 22nd July 2025 and therefore, could not remain present when the matter was called out.

Since no leave note or copy thereof is annexed to this application, nor the search on the website by the learned Court Sneha Chavan
