In view of the impugned Order, dated 4th October 2025 passed in Commercial Suit No.09 of 2025 by the District Judge-2 and Additional Sessions Judge at Pune, having been kept in abeyance till 4th November 2025, vide Order dated 9th October 2025, the impugned Order shall continue in abeyance till the next date.
