Mr. Vaibhav Mehta, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants, submits that the time for payment of arrears as directed by Clause Nos.5(i) and 5(ii) of the Order dated 9th May 2025 passed in Writ Petition No.3214 of 2023 be extended for a short period and that the entire arrears of compensation upto October 2025 will be deposited before the Small Causes Court. Ms. Thakkar, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1, on instructions, states that she has no objection for the same.

Accordingly, time to deposit the said arrears is extended till 14th November 2025.

Interim Application No.12818 of 2025 is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
