These Interim Applications are filed for condonation of delay in filing First Appeals. According to the office note, in IA/12832/2025, there is a delay of 129 days and in IA/12834/2025 there is a delay of 81 days in filing Appeal.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent-Municipal Corporation has opposed the condonation of delay contending that sufficient cause is not made out.

Considering the averments in the Applications about reason for delay and considering that the substantive First Appeals are sought to be filed, sufficient cause is made out.

Subject to the Applicants/Appellants paying the costs of Rs.15,000/- (in both applications) to the Respondent-Municipal Corporation, within a period of three weeks from today, the Interim Applications are allowed and the delay is condoned.
