I have perused both Interim Applications.

For the reasons stated in the Interim Applications, Interim Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. 5.

Interim Applications are allowed in view of the fact that Petitioner No.1 has expired in the interregnum on 28.05.2025. Delay, if any, stands condoned. Abatement, if any, stands set aside. Amendment is directed to be carried out forthwith in the presence of the Court. Re-verification stands dispensed with. Copy of the amended cause title shall be served on the other side afresh within a period of one week from today.

In view of the above, both Applications namely Interim Application No.12844 of 2025 and Interim Application No.12846 of 2025 are allowed and disposed.

Petitioner has also filed Contempt Petition No.497 of 2024. List the said Contempt Petition alongwith the present Petitions on the next adjourned date.

Since the present Petitions are of the year 2011 and admitted, the same be listed on the Final Hearing Board as per their turn.
