Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 has tendered affidavit-in-reply dated 17/12/2025. She points out from paragraph 16 of the affidavit-in-reply that after the impugned judgment and decree is passed dismissing the suit, necessary security has been furnished before the Trial Court and balance amount of compensation has been already received by the Respondent No. 3.

Considering the same, the remaining prayers in the Interim Application i.e. prayer clauses (b) and (c) have become infructuous for all practical purposes.
