Heard Mr. Shailendra Agharkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Mr. Jamsheed Master, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents.

By the present Interim Application the relief sought is to set aside the Order dated 7th April 2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I), by which the Applicant has been directed to remove office objections within a period of 14 days, otherwise conditional order of refusal of registration was passed.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 4.

Accordingly, by setting aside the Order dated 7th April 2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I), the Writ Petition is restored to the file of this Court, on the condition that the Applicant shall remove the office objections within a period 8 weeks from today. 5.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
