The present application seeks restoration of First Appeal No.397 of 2020. First Appeal No.397 of 2020 was finally disposed of by this Court on 6 October 2025 on merits after hearing the party-inperson. 2.

Therefore, the question of restoration does not arise. If the applicant is aggrieved by the said order then the remedy lies not by way of restoration application but by challenging the said order. 3.

In view of above, Interim Application No.12869 of 2025 is dismissed.
