Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner. 2.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant would remove the office objections within a period of three weeks. 3.
For the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice and the submission on behalf of the applicant that the applicant would remove the office objections within a period of three weeks, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) to (c).

The order dated 19th September 2024 dismissing the Writ Petition (St) No. 19976 of 2024 stands quashed and set aside. 6.
Writ Petition (St) No. 19976 of 2024 stands restored to the file, subject to the condition that the applicant/petitioner shall remove the office objections within a period of three weeks. 7.
In the event of default on the part of the applicant/petitioner to remove the office objections within the said period, this order shall stand recalled and Petition (St) No. 19976 of 2024 stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
