In view of the aforesaid submissions and for the reasons assigned ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.11.12 11:25:15 +0530 in the Application and also to advance the cause of substantive justice, the order dismissing the Petition for non-removal of office objections stands quashed and set aside and the Writ Petition (St) No. 16995 of 2025 restored to file, subject to the Petitioner removing office objections within a period of three weeks.
