By order dated 3 March 2025, the First Appeal was dismissed for non-prosecution. Immediately thereafter on 1 April 2025, the present application was filed for restoration of the appeal which was dismissed on 3 March 2025.

In paragraph 2, the applicants have stated that due to personal reasons of the advocate, the advocate was not present in the Court, when the matter was called out.

I am satisfied with the reasons given in paragraph 2 of the application, and therefore, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Appeal is restored.

Interim Application is disposed of.
