The Petition filed for seeking direction to set aside the impugned communication dated 18th February 2021 was dismissed 12th November 2025

28-IA-12913-2025-IN-WP(ST)-11806-2023.DOC for want of removal of Office objections as per the conditional order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) dated 21st February 2024. At that time, notice was not issued. 3.

Now the Petitioner is coming with a request that he will remove the Office objections within a period of 2 weeks. 4.

For the reasons stated in the Application, it is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and the matter be restored subject to removal of Office objections, within a period of 2 weeks from today.

If they are not removed, the Petition will stand dismissed automatically without reference to the Court. 6.
