The Petition filed by the Petitioner was dismissed as per the conditional order dated 8th April 2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I). There were Office objections. The Petitioner could not remove it within reasonable time. That is why, the said order came to be passed.

Now the Applicant comes with a case that he will remove the Office objections within a period of 3 weeks. His client is a senior citizen.

For the reasons stated in the Application, it is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). Delay is also condoned for the reasons stated therein.

The order passed is subject to removal of Office objections within a period of 3 weeks. If it is not removed, then the Petition will stand dismissed automatically without reference to the Court. 5.
