Family Court Appeal is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of Family Court Appeal and as such keep all contentions of all parties on merits, open.

In view of the order passed today in Family Court Appeal, nothing survives for consideration in the interim application being Interim Application No.12951 of 2025. The same is also disposed of accordingly.
