Interim Application has been preferred for adding MHADA as party to the present proceedings as according to the learned counsel for the Applicant despite the interim relief which was granted by this Court, MHADA has communicated to the Applicant that the re-developed premises will be transferred in the name of Respondent No.1.

The Writ Petition challenges the order passed under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. sa_mandawgad 1 of

905 ia 12969-25.doc During the pendency of the said proceedings, the interim relief was granted. In event, any order in violation of the interim order has been passed by MHADA, it is open for the Applicant to take out appropriate proceedings for challenging the said order. This scope of the present Petition cannot be expanded by impleading MHADA as party to the proceedings.

Interim Application is disposed of with liberty to the Applicant to take out appropriate proceeding to challenge the said communication issued by the MHADA.

The petition is already admitted, list the writ petition on 5th December, 2025, for final hearing.
