Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant. There is a delay in filing appeal. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that the parties are real brothers and during pendency of the suit filed for partition (by the Appellant), impugned decree has been passed granting declaration of exclusive ownership. He, therefore, prayed for adinterim stay. 2.

Considering the submission, issue notice to Respondents, returnable on 19.01.2026 in both interim applications. In addition to the court's notice, private notice is permitted. 3.

The prayer for ad-interim stay shall be considered on the next date.
