The learned counsel for the applicant states that these documents are required to be submitted before the Small Causes Court, and she undertakes to bring back the documents as and when this Court needs. 5.
There is no objection by the Corporation to the said application. Therefore, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and the original documents referred to in paragraph no.5(i) to (v) shall be returned to the applicant. Before the originals are returned, the office to make xerox copies of these documents with a noting on them that the originals have been returned to the applicant pursuant to the present order. 6.
