This application is for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant-Insurer in this Court.

Learned counsel for the applicants/claimants submits that the applicants are entitled to withdraw the entire amount deposited in view of the fact that the claim has been established before the Tribunal. 3.

Having regard to the facts of the case, it would be appropriate to permit the applicant to withdraw 50% amount with interest accrued thereon on furnishing usual undertaking.
