ORDER :

By this Interim Application, the Applicant has sought for condonation of delay of 12 days in filing the present Commercial First Appeal.

We have considered the averments in the Interim 1/2

4-ia-13096-2025.doc Application and we find in paragraph 4, the Applicant has sufficiently explained the delay. In that the Applicant says that their head office is at Haryana and was monitoring the proceedings from the said Head Office. The Commercial First Appeal having to be filed in this Court, the lawyer had to be appointed in Mumbai and that in view of the considerable administrative procedures being required to be followed and clearances required to be given for the filing of the present First Appeal, it took considerable period of time.

There is no opposition to the condonation of delay sought for by the Applicant and accordingly we consider it appropriate to allow the Interim Application by condoning the delay. 4.

The Interim Application for condonation of delay of 12 days in filing the present First Appeal is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
